The hotel had a well-maintained layout, allowing for easy navigation and relaxation. I also appreciated the friendly service from the staff that constantly enhanced my visit. However, I think the lobby could use more seating options to accommodate guests.

I had a pleasant stay at Wyndham in Chicago. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown attractions. The staff greeted me with smiles and were quick to offer recommendations for nearby restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that offered a great night's sleep. However, the elevators were frequently out of service during my stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying my luggage. I also noticed limited seating in the lobby, making it feel a bit crowded at times. The cleaning staff was friendly, but some areas, like the hallways, had lingering odors that could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed my time here despite those few inconveniences.

The gated free parking offers peace of mind, crucial for anyone worried about their ride. The large, clean rooms provide ample space to stretch out after a long day, making it a solid base for exploring the area....  

Super friendly staff!

I had a nice stay. The staff were so welcoming, which made me feel comfortable traveling solo. My room was clean and surprisingly spacious! WiFi worked great and I could log into my streaming services to chill after the day. The snack bar was a plus too. Just wish it was closer to public transport. it’s a bit of a walk.

I had a fantastic experience with the friendly staff and enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful Millennium Park, which was just over 4 km away, making it a breeze to soak in the city's greenery and landmarks during my stay.
